Meet Megan – a little pocket rocket looking for a family of her own.
Megan is 20 months old and is described as a “little pocket rocket.”
She loves making people laugh and has an infectious giggle. Megan enjoys the attention of those around her and is particularly fond of spending time with her foster family.
She is inquisitive and energetic and loves exploring her surroundings. Megan has recently mastered walking and even enjoys walking backwards, which she finds very amusing. She loves bouncing on her trampoline, singing songs, and is starting to say lots of new words.
Megan has made good developmental progress while in foster care and is currently on track. She is waiting for an appointment for genetic testing, as professionals have queried whether her facial features may indicate a genetic condition or possible signs of foetal alcohol spectrum disorder.
Megan is looking for a family who are accepting of the uncertainty this assessment may bring, and who will be able to offer her love, stability, and ongoing support.
With the right love, care, and stability, Megan has the potential to thrive and continue developing into the joyful little girl everyone describes her to be.
