Phoebe and Lewis are two adorable toddlers looking for their own loving families.
The toddlers are not related, live separately and have never met, but we are hoping we can find two loving homes for them.
Phoebe and Lewis are both two years old, they are happy children who love singing and splashing in the bath.
Phoebe is a busy little girl who loves to play in the garden and go for walks. She also enjoys colouring, dancing and people singing to her.
Lewis likes to go swimming, and loves sensory toys and twinkly lights.
Lewis has some additional care needs, so it's really important that he finds a family who can dedicate lots of time to meeting his care needs, as well as providing the security of a loving home.
