New telephone information sessions launched

Because we've had to postpone our face to face adoption information events for now, as an alternative we are running bookable telephone sessions. The sessions are aimed at anyone interested in finding out more about adopting with us. They are the chance for you to have an informal chat, ask questions and discuss options with one of our dedicated team members.

Sessions will start on Wednesday 13 May and run on Mondays (excluding Bank Holidays) at 2.30pm and Wednesdays at 6.30pm until further notice.

What do the telephone sessions involve?

• When you have booked your session we will send you our adoption information booklet for you to look at prior to us calling you.
• When we call you we won't ask you about your personal circumstances, unless you want to progress your enquiry there and then.
• If you don't want to progress your enquiry during the call that's absolutely fine, we will just make one follow-up courtesy call to you within 5 working days.
